Mindfulness is a simple way to be more creative, deal with difficulties better and enjoy life more, whatever your circumstances. This short series of 4 workshops will allow you to try it out for yourself and introduce you to some of the key concepts and ideas behind it.
Each workshop is designed to give you an insight into a particular area of mindfulness practice. They can be taken as stand alone sessions or linked together to give a deeper insight into what it is all about.
